No male doctors at all and as per usual you can’t get through then when you do get through and eventually no appointments and tell you to book on line that is no good for a 86 year old that doesn’t have internet or even a mobile phone as they don’t understand them then talks to them as if they are 5 years old not 86 with all ther faculties !!
Been a patient of this surgery since I was a baby ,65 yrs it has always been a great caring doctors surgery, but oh what has happened in the last year or so , while when you do finally get though normally around 45 mins at the moment. The reception staff have been helpful, respectful and curtious. However the new new senior nursing staff are most patronising and very abrupt uncaring, self important, and that is echoed by the manager, who is even more abrupt and very Uncaring, and is known for it!!! They say that the NHS is open for business for help and caring service , But not Barnbygate surgery, how dare you need help and understanding, far too much trouble, and speak to a GP no chance even if you dare ask to. You will just be told to move to another surgery or go else where to complain No patient care , just look after your self!!!
Shocking service telephone unanswered after 1 hour 10 minutes. Unable to book anything online just told can only book by phone so given up Unfortunately due to the pandemic!!! It's been here for most of the year all other business have adapted and worked smarter ! Just an idea but think u mite need more people on the phone lines beings thought u can't come in to surgery or sort anything out online!!
Tried to sign up for this doctors but cant even get through to find out how to get through! Just get cut off. Would be great if you could answer the phone ! Thanks !
