I had friends go there for training , etc and it was top notch according to them. I dropped one off at the site and what impressed me was how environmental conscious the owner or management must be , as I noticed a well kept \manged care colony \ of a few friendly strays that are sharing a small portion of property (all have been neutered) as I can tell by the \ear notch\ which is the universal symbol for a neutered animal. There are \unobtrusive shelters\ for the guys/ girls hid away to save them from the inclement weather and a feeding station with a small cover to keep their nutrition dry. This will keep the population down to the current few as if the \care takers\ did not do this the population would have been out of control and keeping them feed and safe by whoever does this and NOT getting rid of them stops the \vacuum effect\ of more replacing them. Contrary to popular belief, the guys / girls do not \spray all over\ as they are neutered and do not do that where they live. That is an old wives tale for those who just dislike felines and want to banish them. Good job to the management /owner who lets a small portion of the property for these friendly guys to live out their life as they did not want to be dumped or discarded as they did not ask to be abandoned. The management certainly is environmentally conscious as it shows by their \doing the right thing'\ they \walk the walk and talk the talk\ of helping the environment!
