I went to the salon for years for one reason the stylist that worked there. The toilet paper roll was broke, not fixed for years! The chandeliers are filthy, and there is drama. Prices go up without warning and the front desk receptionist Debbie is rude. It takes to long to get through on the phone and then they act as if your annoying them. Like I said for my stylist I continued to go. She left so I did as well.

I wanted to post a follow up review to my first review to let clients know just how above and beyond the salon is! This was my 2nd visit to Carol Cole Salon and Spa. My first visit was about 6ish weeks ago. i had a lash lift and tint done, it was amazing! I had never seen my natural lashes look so great! While i had a great experience, the only downside to my visit was the receptionist. Following my visit, i received a personal phone call from the owner herself. She apologized for how I felt, was appreciative of the feedback, and offered to make it right. A week or so after her phone call, I even had an apology card sent in the mail from the receptionist herself. It was very nice. Fast forward to today's visit and it was, again, everything. I had a different lash tech this time, Grace, but she did just as job of a job as the last lash tech! She was friendly, conversational, and the service flew by! There was a different receptionist today and she was great as well. She was friendly and polite! She asked if Id like to reschedule for an additional service and while i declined, (so i can make an appointment that fits my schedule) i was appreciative of her asking. 10/10 - would highly recommend!
