Unable to fairly rate this tunnel/subway since it is now inaccessible. It is now inside a private property and the entrance is blocked off for many reasons. The only thing you can do is just view the opening of the tunnel from Washington Street behind a locked fence. Other parts of the Cedar Street Subway were turned into a parking garage on Park Place. The ending of this tunnel was at Park Place at the PSE&G building.
