I know this is a hot dog place and all I have ever gotten, but a few weeks back my wife went into to grab our order and they had a cancelled order that the young lady gave to my wife. It was a Reuben sandwich that was still warm. It was excellent! I have had my fair share of Reuben sandwiches before and this was easiest in the top 3. We tried them again today, Sunday March 7 2021 and it didn't disappoint! Meat was chopped up and just the right amount of sauerkraut with gooey cheese. Loved it!!

They have the most amazing onion rings. I go there just for the onion rings. I will go out of my way for these delicious snacks. And I just found out that they have milkshakes also. Super yummy both of them.
Great local place for a unique Delaware tradition. Very good food and very good service in a nice clean environment. A single or double, if you are hungry, with everything is always a good way to start, fries and/or onion rings are always a good choice. Take some sauce home with you.
Ehh. Ok Mr. Todd. It was generic. I could have made the hot dogs at home and been more satisfied with it. I spent over 40 for my family on food I can get at the grocery store for 10. Hope this review is more fulfilling.
Deerhead Hot Dogs is a very popular and is a long time favorite of the locals! And...it is absolutely not a restaurant to dismiss based on it's small size. I have already heard that you should always try what the locals eat at least once because if the people that live there all the time, eat there all the time, it must be good, right?
Deerhead hotdogs are 1000% deliciousness. Do yourself a favor and get an everything dog. So good.
Quiet little place in the corner of the shopping center, it's always fast service from ordering to receiving your food. And they're always on point with everything that's sent out of the kitchen. Deerhead has never let me down, my wife and I spend our time here religiously.
