Bit of a strange one this, bought a van via video due to covid 19 and arranged collection on the following Saturday, communication was very good through out. Collected van all seemed OK (100 mile round trip) van seemed to be a bit smoky when I left but put this down to the van being sat for a while. However within 24 hrs and less than 50 miles, cloud's of smoke and engine lights on everywhere, not what you expect from a 66 plate van. Contacted Falcon motors and got a quick response, I told them I was rejecting the van as it was not fit for purpose. They were very good arranged immediate collection and I was reimbursed within a week, no quibble or argument which was excellent. So it didn't work out with van but have to commend there after sales service. Many thanks

Salesman had a terrible attitude I cant believe my experience with this company and if I could give this less than 1 star I would! Not interested in my presence whatsoever Needless to say no sale. Van was actually in good condition other than the covered up rust spots that they tried hiding with touch up paint/tippex. Would have got a sale from me if I only needed to deal with the polite mechanic rather than the salesman who clearly was not interested in selling anything. Don't normally give negative feedback and I'm generally a very easy going person but my experience is completely unacceptable and hopefully will not be experienced by anyone else in the future. My advice would be to spend your money elsewhere
Very friendly staff and excellent service, was made to feel at ease in spite of what is going on around us, We went in for a m.o.t. and it was quick and there was a TV screen that you can see what they are doing all the time . Would definitely recommend these guys
