Try your hand at shooting realistic animal models Great fun but it’s harder than you think

Great time with Josh at Centre Parcs Sherwood. Demonstrated how to use a bow for field archery very well and gave good advice on how to aim at different ranges. Had a great time. Only wish i could have more arrows, and a smaller group. Maybe 6 max instead since only 3 can be firing at one time (down from 8 max).

Well supervised and safe. The equipment is all new and or well maintained. The arrows are all straight and the targets are all replaced regularly. Nicely situated in Sherwood Forest and in good weather it is a pleasant environment. Ten targets and you get 3 shots at each so it is a little pricey but you are at Center Parcs so you sort of expect that!

Brilliant activity and tutor, first time doing archery and found I was quite good at it, you can have groups of 5 or 6 people at the same time so brilliant for families.

Lara was the most brilliant instructor, she taught us well and kept the activity funny and exciting. We had the best time doing both field archery and crossbows.
