Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Venue is nice. Food ok it is pub grub and is more expensive than a regular pub but you expect it.

A lovely environment with lakes surrounding on one side, a maze on the other and a golf putter on the front. I had the forester house burger,the burger was fine and the chips was OK. The service was good. .
Second visit here. First time was a couple of years back. We thought it may have been a fluke, turns out not. Foresters Inn really is a hidden treat. Lovely menu, lots of choice. Kids menu is great value, 3 courses and a drink for 7.50-8.50 max. Great location, albeit if you sit outside the wasps want to be your friends, not Foresters fault though, I mean, you're in the woods!! Drinks aren't cheap, same as Manchester City Centre, however the staff are lovely, service is swift and the food is delicious.
Service was fine but food was tasted like it warmed up ready meal. The ultimate burger was indeed the last food I would order from there. Small and dead would be a good description the name truly oversells this item and leads to disappointment. The place was clean and well kept and view was decent.
Lovely place but 24 for 2 pints , 2 Cokes and a coffee ..... Jokes !!
