How long can this practice be allowed to offer such a poor service. This is not just due to the pandemic. The phone answering service is atrocious and they don’t appear to have done anything over the years to improve it.

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star but had to so I was able to comment. This place is beyond belief. The lack of compassion the administration staff give to the patients is non existent. Their policies and procedures are absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been with this practice for around 9 years now and I’ve given them chance after chance but today was the last straw!!!

Appalling and contradictory levels of communication by receptionists to the public. Multiple examples of missing repeat prescriptions and overly long waiting times for standard phone calls and appointments. I will now contact the local health commissioner as this practice appears to be struggling to provide even basic customer service to its community.

Since when have the receptionists been able to diagnose you and tell you that you do not need antibiotics and refuse to give you an appointment. Eventually I did get an appointment with the doctor and YES I did need antibiotics but only after a week of suffering. You should not be made to discuss your symptoms with a reception, what about patient confidentiality???

I would have scored this zero if I could as this surgery is a joke! Receptionists think they own and run the place and will do all they can to avoid making you an appointment. I needed advice after I had surgery and they didn't want to know, just kept fobbing me off saying it's not a GP issue. In the end I had to go to King's Mill hospital for help and they were astounded that my local surgery would not help. As soon as I can change surgery I will!
