Great customer service and social distancing measures in place.
Lots of good games and cool keyboards and mice. Nintendo stuff looks cool too. I go whenever I can even if I can't buy anything.
Some of the worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Refused a replacement of a recently purchased defective Gameboy. Nintendo were more than happy to repair it free of charge, so it all came right in the end, but I'll never shop here again.
Brilliant shop and great deals
This place wanted to sell me a console and game combo for more than it costs on their website and when I questioned it they wondered if it was slightly different like the colour but nope it was the exact same, they then said they have different prices to their website. I said I'll just buy it off the website then and they said they'll do it for x price and again I said no thanks before they acted like they was doing me a big favour in selling it me for their website price and putting it in a bag that didn't hold on a small walk.
I always enjoy visiting game, There's a good selection of games, accessories and merchandise, and while the staff are often a little patronising (they're not to know I've worked in the industry for 10 years) It's nice to know there's plenty of help for those who aren't used to the current generation of consoles.
Good selection of games and accessories, and the staff there are always friendly and knowledgeable :-)
