I ordered a replacement part from their Website as I could not find it for sale elsewhere. Despite the part code and photo being correct on their Website, they sent Me the wrong part, which had a slightly different part code. I emailed them, but after a week there was no reply. So i tried again and this time they replied. They still do not seem to understand the problem, but suggested I returned the item to them at My own expense initially. As a local hobby Shop, they may be okay, but I will not use them again online.

Update: I now have ordered several times from their website and shipping has always been 2 days even during the Corona lockdown and they are on the other side of the country! Fast and reliable shipping, decent prices and a friendly customer service. Perfect! This my new go-to RC online store!

Amazing shop. Exciting just to walk in and see everything. Only disappointing fact...it's upstairs and there wasn't a lift and one of our party was in a wheelchair. Pricey but still good.
