I ordered custom decals from iCustom Newpark Mall and they came out to be one of the best decals for my business. I am really happy by their instance response and guidance. I will order more items from them. They have a huge collection of custom items like tees, coffee mugs, stickers etc.

If you want a custom printing company that provides the best product at the best price possible, iCustom is the best destination. All my custom gifts are made from this store and I am highly satisfied by their products and behavior.
Not the best experience, they need to update their website for same day orders because I placed an online order for a specific color shirt and then received a call after paying that the only options for same day pick up are black and white. Also I called a day and a half later and they hadn't even started my "same day order " I had to resend my info. I was told my order would be ready in 1 hr when I called and I decided to give them almost 2 hours , still wasn't ready when I arrived. They didn't even have the size my order required. Ended up having to get a size bigger, lesson learned. Very inconvenient.
I got a hat and t-shirt from him and I was able to use the pictures I wanted. I truly love the t-shirt and my hat. I wear my hat everyday. I highly recommend and he gave me 15% off.
I love this location just like their other stores this place has amazing customer service. I shop here whenever I step foot in this mall. I’m always leaving with something. The staff here is one of a kind and the guy that does their embroidery is by far the most talented I’ve ever seen. That guy works magic
