Great experience at the store but you need to update your google information to indicate that there is a store in Terminal C. Not everybody looks at the map. I googled it, and the only store location that comes up is the one in Terminal B. I left Terminal C, went through a hellacious experience with TSA just to get to Terminal B to buy a computer cord. Now I'm on my laptop (since i have power) and notice on the airport map that there was a store in my terminal the whole time! But the girl who works in Terminal B was very nice.

I'm an formal employee it's an amazing place to work . Customer service is still great even after I found a better pay job . Newark airport terminal B is where you get the best customer service
