A really nice guy with with a lot of knowledge. Took on my effects pedal to fix, kept in touch throughout the process, and although he took the time to look into it, he didn't charge me when he couldn't find a fault with it. 5* service from Rowan. Now I just have to find the real fault in my rig! Thanks again

When I asked Rowan to repair my beloved PodXT, he was slightly reticent as Line6 don't support these units anymore. But thankfully, the top man took it on anyway and has done a wonderful job on the old girl! He kept me updated with the progress and details of the repair, and his rates are very reasonable.
