Shopping at La-Z-Boy was great! There was no pressure,we were left alone to look and try out chairs and when we were ready, a salesperson was there to help! All of our questions were answered immediately,and to our satisfaction. You can either have it shipped to your address or pick it up, because shipping seemed a little high, and we had the capability to do so. Overall, we were very happy with both the people we met and the product we bought! Sue

I am very happy to recommend Lazy Boy. I am turning one of my bedrooms into a nautical reading nook. With the help of a wonderful sales associate and a talented designer, I found the perfect furniture. The designer came to my home and measured prior to developing the computerized picture board. It was fun and a real pleasure to work with these people. The store is very clean and everyone wore masks.

Received our armchair, purchased during post Thanksgiving sale, a month earlier than anticipated! Love, love, love this chair. So comfortable we find ourselves sitting in it all the time. We also love the fabric we selected. The entire experience - choosing the chair, the fabric, working with the sales staff - all side for a great shopping experience. We’ll be back to look at the matching sofa! Can’t say enough about the Newark, DE La-Z-Boy Galleries staff, and the entire Comfort Care staff. If you are furniture shopping, start with visiting La-Z-Boy - you won’t need to go to any other stores. Delivery men were ultra careful as our doorway into our Family Room was narrow. They did a beautiful job - followed health protocols and protected our home.

My wife, Pam and I were happy with the selections available to choose from at the La-Z-Boy Store in Christiana, DE. We were also pleased with the sales representative who assisted us in finding exactly what we wanted along with the material choices offered. We knew upfront that it may take up to 6 months before we actually get our furniture selection but that is understandable considering the Covet-19 situation we all have to deal with! Looking forward to La-Z-Boy comfort!

Great selection and great value! Approached in a reasonable time by a sales person - not pounced upon - who listened to us and pointed out recliners that fit our needs. A very pleasant experience. Why is it that La-Z-Boy always seems to have what you are looking for? Don’t waste your time elsewhere.

The showroom was very clean and well laid out, and our sales rep was outstanding. She knew what was available and was able to point us in the right direction once we explained what we already had and what we were looking for. There was no pressure to buy and we found exactly what we wanted. The set we got was a bit pricier than we expected, but were able to customize our order to get everything we needed.
