Very friendly and knowledgeable staff although I had to seek them out (3 or 4 xs). Fun fact..at 273 location their carrying baskets disappeared so someone there came up with the idea to use large buckets with handle (large pickle bucket size)!! It works actually very effectively and isn't as aqward as a carrying basket. All in all a very nice trip to the local Lowes ️

It's no fun to leave bad news. COVID or Holidays... Understaffed. Waited twice from two separate employees and 40 minutes later the customer service desk tells me my item is a special order item but was specifically displaying as an in stock item. When I asked them to call another store... A THIRD store to confirm the item was actually in the store, more excuses. There are many helpful team members but the lack of staff is what makes this Lowe's a let down. Especially when you visit Home Depot next and it's a well staffed building and a big difference in getting answers, and fast.

Go thier allot 1to 5 times a week store little rough due to switch around employees great and friendly . But had problem with Bob in hardwear needed plexiglass cut weighted to find somebody he was called two times on intercom finally there at the end of the aisle. After waiting it takes his time coming down looking at his phone when he walks up to me and asked me my measurements 34 by 28 and 7/8 really you can't just go 29 starts Cussing. Go to job put it in it's cut at 34 and 3/4 bye 27 and 3/4 had to go back to Lowe's had it cut again by another guy who was nice and a gentleman this was reported in to the manager
