Staff still not wearing face coverings correctly, the ones picking online orders lean over you rather than waiting or asked to get by. Far to many people in store and no social distancing.

Great food and staff were very attentive.
On the whole very good. Staff freindly. Most people social distancing. Hand sanatising stations. One slight criticism was a part from ourselves we never saw one other person using hand sanatiser. Self service areas were not being sanatise after each use as some other stores do. The security staff should be encouraging customers to sanatise hands on entry. But over all felt quite safe

Although we didn't shop here in this visit, we actually came for the cafe, we grabbed our tray and proceeded to make our choices, However as we approached the till it was clear the lady was writing all the orders down manually and walking them through to the kitchen. We didn't have cash on us as we normally pay by card, However there was no sign up to inform customers until they tried to pay by card, this is after you have handled food and items and then we had to place the items back.... Not good service at all and no explanation from staff either. I hope others have better experiences. Not good enough Morrisons.
