Went to get my sons birth certificate. Process was very quick and safe. Workers were very pleasant except 1 female security guard that obviously didnt want to be at work that morning.

Ex in the community

The service inside was ok but then making us wait outside this cold is unacceptable. I mean I understand covid rules ..however their should be a waiting area for those who are freezing outside especially with the temperatures going below the teens all this week.

I’ve been here in three different occasions to get my marriage license and my kids birth certificates. This last one was the fastest and easiest one. So for Covid measures, they are attending by appointment only, BUT! If you have your money order ready and they don’t have that many people they might let you in. It literally took me 15mins to be in and out. I took me more time to find parking than getting my paperwork. Go early, be ready with all the documents and money order, be polite and you will be out in no time.

Everyone was very helpful. Th hey have a smart security Officer that keeps great control of the area. The staff was kind and easy to deal with.
