This team is like a breath of fresh air! It's easy to think they look a bit lethargic on first impressions but they really know their stuff. When I was at school calculators didn't exist and I really, really struggle with technology but I pop in here regularly and am always met with a smile and a "yes no problem, come and sit down". Today I went in, having struggled to buy Genesis tickets and missed the best seats. I had gone onto the O2 Priority site and not once but twice I got to checkout and then lost it all. I was really frustrated and had no idea what I was doing wrong. Needless to say , I was made to feel welcome and not stupid and came out ten minutes later the proud owner of Genesis tickets. What a star! Thank you! Even though you don't know who Genesis are, you certainly know your stuff when it comes O2 and to my little Samsung which you carefully recommended to me and I love. You listened to my requirements for a phone and came up with the perfect solution. The sad thing is that I'm a Business Phone User so I couldn't even buy it from you after all your help. I so appreciate your help and I recommend a Genesis download, I'd do it myself if I knew how! Thank You!

Had a problem with my phone. Went to 02 and a young man told me to finish shopping and by the time I was back he would have it sorted. Sure enough, he was so kind he had everything sorted out for me. Best service in Newark
Staff friendly enough but O2 system poor. Ordered phone online didn't turn up on the day. Left with another one . Phone had to have 10 credit on even though I was just doing a sim swap
