Very professional and courteous officers. We went for official business and the process once upstairs was fast and to the point. Very clean building. My complaints was the waiting time in that freezing rain waiting to go thru the scanners. Visitors needed to take their shoes off and this process is slow. I have a couple of health issues so for me standing that long period of time and then experiencing a fall that Saturday before my friends appointment Monday left my knees and ankle in a very hurtful situation. To take my boots off with a very swollen ankle was not fun. I felt as if I was in the airport. I guess security over fear is the name of the game nowadays. Once getting through the checkpoint the officer directed us to our floor. The bathroom on the floor we were on were clean but one bathroom stall was missing a door. That threw me off as I would except much greater and better things from any federal building. When your in these types of appointments you cannot take forever waiting for a bathroom. Overall it is a beautiful building and the staff was awesome.
