This was the first time I have used this garage due to reviews being read on Facebook and it will not be the last time. I knew I had an issue with the thermostat and rear brake so left it with them to diagnose. The communication was excellent letting me know what they found with the car and the cost to put it right. They also diagnosed an issue with the front ball joints which would need replacing, again they made me aware of the cost and asked if I wanted to proceed with any of the repairs. I gave them the go ahead and glad I did as they turned out to be very professional and extremely helpful. The repair took slightly longer than anticipated (waiting for parts) which was beyond there control. And I have to say that they were very COVID-19 compliant with everything being wiped down and organised that made the whole experience very safe. And to cap it all when I picked up the car it had been washed down, now that's what i call service!

This is the second time I have accessed this garage for help & advice regarding my car ,the first job they did on it they went above & beyond finding parts to ensure they could repair my car during the first lockdown. This time for its MOT..... I highly recommend PW Auto Repairs for all aspects of looking after my car for me. I trust them completely to diagnose & fix any problems I've had. I'm disabled & struggle to get out so a member of staff collect my car off & drop it off at my convenience, this service to me is crucial. Due to them been a family business, feel always get a very professional, friendly & personal experience when contact them. Also the services they offer are very responsibly priced
This was the second time I had used PW Autos. The reason I returned was Paul and his team were extremely professional and helpful. Their workshop was clean and tidy, which demonstrated a team where quality was important. Additionally, their prices are very competitive. Our Audi required a full service; I received a text to remind me my appointment was due and whilst my car was being serviced, they notified me of any issues that needed to be addressed and gave me the choice of whether I wanted the work to be carried out: excellent communications. There attention to detail was also good, my tyre maintenance system (puncture repair) had expired 3 years ago (MOT Failure if i remember correctly) and they informed me accordingly. Would I recommend Paul and his team; as a professional engineer, yes I would without hesitation. Thank you all, our car runs like a dream.
PW Auto Repairs is a great garage, who always puts the customer first and makes sure that they meet all their needs. They always do a great job and have a fair price to match the work that they have done. As well as that, they go above and beyond to display how great their business is by helping customers, such as myself, out in ways you would’ve never expected. I can’t recommend them more and I couldn’t ask for better service
