Played Rufford for the first time today, 11/09/20. Have played all over the country at many of the premium courses with big names, and this is equal to the best. I'm sooo impresed. Fantastic condition, greens like lightening, and every hole is an absolute joy. Fabulous parkland views, hilly but not strenuous. Can't wait to play here again. Can't recommend Rufford strongly enough. Wow. 10 out of to the staff who run this place.

Lovely parkland course with pleasant undulations and some great views including Rufford Abbey. Some interesting par 3s especially the 17th and good par 5s too. Very pleasant round only spoilt a bit by rain for the last few holes. Clubhouse pleasant too. Only downside was the tight parking made more difficult by some inconsiderate / incompetent parking of some others.

Nice course. Wide open fairways. Greens well booked after. There are a few hilly climbs but not too difficult. A few hits over big dips on some par threes, but again not too difficult. All in all great value.
