deceitful managers just to get you to sign on the dotted line! I wrote another review about my experience, and I do not see it....guess they deleted it because I explained in detail my "wonderful" experience! Still to this day I am fighting with CS to "fix" my charges and fees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND SPRINT ALL TOGETHER
I called to check if my sons phone had arrive and both times two different girls said to me that if the phone had come in i would’ve been called and notified. The second time i called and was told this i had to explain that they would be calling my husbands phone and his phone is off during the day so i needed for her to go and check. I rudely was put on hold by JADE, who didn’t even inform me that she was placing me on hold, luckily i looked at my phone to make sure the call was still in progress. She then picked up and rudely asked for our last name said give me a second, and then placed me on hold again. Came back on the phone and told me it had not arrived and then hung up. All i needed was for someone to check and see if a phone had arrived i wasn’t asking for her to move the world..... you shouldn’t be in customer service if you can’t be bothered doing your job. Update....I called this store back and spoke with the manager John who was wonderful at answering my questions and apologized for his employee and assured me she would be spoken with and trained on how to better handle the situation next time. Thank you John
I made a referral and my referee purchased a Samsung galaxy 7 edge in mid January from this location . The process took so long that the agent did the referral process while we waited and she assured us that the process was completed successfully. We missed our train and had to travel the next day at our expense because of her ineptitude. After not receiving our gift cards I called the store today and the same agent told me I have to go back online to redo the referral. If not for the wonderful off shore agents nothing would be done to fix her error which she made by putting in the phone number incorrectly. After an hour and a half of the phone I wonder what thw point of switching was because I switched to Sprint in order to have better customer service. The store in Middletown DE also needs people that are customer friendly.
