Great place for a coffee or wine and the food is delicious....especially the twice cooked chips. Sadly forgot to take photos. We sat in the side yard and simply had a great relaxing lunch. The staff were lovely and chatty.

Visit this cafe weekly for a Mindfulness session, cake is always tasty, staff very friendly. Often come here for breakfast too and that is also delicious (especially the potatoes!!)
Coffee is very weak - I've had a cappuccino from there a few times now so not just a one off unfortunately. Also some staff just stand back, not wanting to do anything else or even acknowledge you. Even when there are a queue of customers waiting to be served at counter.
Always love going to Strays, when visiting Newark. The food here is just so tasty and presented so well. Thank you for a wonderful lunch today.
