I’m a long time customer of Suburban Propane. A big part of the reason why is because of Bruce Steele the Operations Manager. He is all about customer service and goes out of his way to help my propane business. I can not thank you enough for coming out on a holiday weekend to fix my vapor locked 1,000 gallon refill station. Thank you again for the excellent service. Chris Scott, CampOut Inc.

As others have stated...watch your bill carefully. For us, the delivery slip is almost always left in a haphazzard location at our house, and 75% of the time we never see the initial delivery slip because it blows away or disappears. I have found old slips in the woods/field/yard around our house numerous times, and no matter how many times we call the company to request that this is left on our door, it never is. Becuase of this, I requested online statements be emailed to me, however, the company doesn't send the online statement for more than a month after the delivery (anywhere from 35-45 days after delivery is indicated, in my experience), and then by that time there is always a late payment charge applied to the bill. I have to call the company every time we are billed to correct this, and no matter how many times we call, the issue is never fixed or fully corrected. Additionally, after shopping around for other propane suppliers, we have come to realize that Suburban is charging us almost 3X what other companies charge per gallon. We will be switching providers ASAP, the cost is outrageous and the issues with billing and customer service are inexcusable.
