I called T-Mobile/Sprint customer service for an issue with my bill. The operator didn't understand what was going on, couldn't give me a clear answer and transfered me to someone else who couldn't explain the bill either. I walked into this place on Ferry St expecting a long, drawn out issue with this bill. Instead, I got immediate, polite and respectful service, a determined crew who insisted on finding out why, and team members who really stood out as far as service and what it means. The plan just increased, I had a promotion that was over and now its changed, and they were extremely sympathetic to my needs and offer me options. I ended up staying with the current bill, but the service I received was paramount. All of this in 15 min. Thank you T-Mobile team on Ferry St! I appreciate you!
