Horrible environment and staff are horrible. Toilets were absolutely shocking before refurbs and are now worse than before. Cafe is amazing, hence the two stars. Cafe staff are amazing. Go to either Mansfield for a better store.

One star is one too many; Fruit and veg is a disgrace. You can very often find out of date stock on the shelf and when complaining to the section manager you get told the date is a best before, not a use-by so that makes it Ok. Typical supermarket. Put local independents out of business then abuse the fact there is no other choice.
