Walked in to discuss hot tubs and after speaking w/ Bob we walked out having made a purchase for installation. You can tell when you get there that they know their business and are willing to take the time to understand your situation and needs to fit you with the right manufacturer and product. Like most home improvements these days there can be a delay in getting the product, but Bob worked with us on what he pre-orders he had in the pipeline and got us a very reasonable installation date. I would recommend a visit if you're interested in getting a hot tub this year.

Our experience was absolutely great! Bob was very knowledgeable, able to answer all questions and was extremely helpful in meeting our timeframe for installation!!! The install went fantastic, they showed up on time, were very clean and professional, demonstrated everything we needed and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase before leaving! He even made a special trip back to bring out stairs that didn’t make it in the day of delivery!!!! Thanks again Bob and everyone at the Back yard Fun Store!
