Staff are good always but why no levels in the shop as all refund/hold onto our cash vouchers have been sent to the shop Great Con by TUI and can we charge interest

Every holiday since my honeymoon on 2002 has been booked via this company. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Only one disappointed vacation to Menorca, we asked for hotel on street or pavement level as i have walking issues. We ended up in a hotel up a hillside, nearly had to parachute to the beach!! But it was beautiful hotel and area. Thank you for all the help through the years

Would have given no stars, as newark branch are a joke ,messed a booking up and tried to blame another branch, the staff needs re-training and to admit there blatant mistakes with a written apology, i will avoid this branch in future dont wont to lose 3 days holidays sorting their mess out.

Not impressed today. went to take passports for check in at branch As we were advised by staff member when we booked holiday but the shop is closed for refurb opens again 4th oct!! At no point were we told the shop would be closed No tickets no holiday
