Hmmmm, tried them for the second time, and second time were a no-show for the appointment to measure to quote. Won't even give you an idea of time they will arrive even on the day despite calling to ask. You really need to up your game, people can't sit and wait all day for you to arrive. Won't bother trying again and should have stuck with my instinct after my first experience.. :(

Just had a lovely charcoal carpet fitted. Everthing went so smooth from the helpful lady in the shop too the carpet fitters. From now on I will be buying all my carpets from there.
We went to Wilsons for our new Balterio Amber oak flooring following a negative experience with another company operating in Newark . We got great service from start to finish - the shop staff were knowledgeable but not pushy. The accounts team were clear about what would need to be paid when and to whom. The carpet fitter was absolutely excellent- considerate, he explained what he was doing why, consulted us on beading options etc. Very pleased with the service quality price and outcome!
Bought a carpet from Wilson’s recently absolutely amazing carpet at great price but there was an issue with fitting. Complained and manager came out to check and out a brand new carpet down straight away so brilliant carpet and excellent customer service so def can’t moan and would recommend
Radio advertisment makes promises it can't honour. Limited carpet range and prices no more comparable to others with better range and service. Wouldn't consider next time.
