I do believe this place to be a professionally staffed place. However, I'm shocked to learn that my frames were found in multiple sights for under 20.00. I don't have vision insurance and I've been going there for years paying out of my pocket.(Lens and frames 350.00total) After asking the rep for was 125.00 the best she could do (said they went for 150.00) Proceeds to say she gave me a discount of 25.00 (I loved the frames so it was hooked & booked!) Just disappointed.. But next time I will do my due diligence. I would have signed a waiver that they would not responsible in case of breakage and voila! (for a fee of coarse) Lastly, I even mentioned I had just purchased a pair 4months prior and had a hard time adjusting to a different style (never again) I'll stick to same o' same O'.. 7x's the Markup! Now makes me wonder what the markup of the filling the prescription really is... and that's Life!
Went here for my appointment at 4. Got there at 3 and it was 5:30 when I walked out. My mother spoke to the lady in the front desk with curly blonde hair and she said “she’s next” after complaining about the time waited. Little advice to you curly blonde headed lady, don’t huff and puff about your job. And also look at your customers when they speak to you. It’s respectful. I understand you might have a terrible day but please talk to your customers politely and nicely. At least say sorry for LYING to my mother about telling her I’m going next when I really wasn’t and show good customer service. Also, please tell us next time that our appointment will be 3 hours “delayed”. I’m a bit confused though. So you’re Telling me other people who came after me waited max 5-10 minutes and left the door before I met the doctor had a 3 hour delay or was I just the lucky one? I love that I was only informed almost two hours in. Also, so you’re telling me that I would have to wait until 7pm when YOU GUYS close to go in? You probably would reschedule my appointment if I would have waited that long. This was absolutely ridiculous. Glad I’ll never be going here again.100% do not recommend this place to anyone!!
My family will only go here for our eye dr visits. We have been going to this facility since 2000 . I will only bring my children here. We moved out of Newark but travel back to here every year or how ever many times we need to come. The staff and Drs are all great! The place is always clean. They treat everyone with respect. They never over charge. I will never take my family any where else.
