Our flagship project is the YMCA Newark and Sherwood Community and Activity Village - a community hub unlike anywhere else in the UK. It's a space for everyone, that is not-for-profit, inclusive and accessible. Brimming with transformational opportunities and integrated programmes, there will be something for families at every point in their lives. Our 3G football pitches, athletics track and many YMCA youth programmes are already running in Newark, and we are excited that the next phase of the NSCAV development has begun. Our YMCA is independent, locally run and locally funded. We are closely linked with Nottinghamshire YMCA, and we work together to develop transformational opportunities for our county and district.
