I called before I went because they're always out of stock of nearly everything. I was told they had everything in stock, surprising. I got to the Subway and they had one sandwich fixed that was cold, it was supposed to be toasted, and they proceeded to make me wait a literal 20 minutes to \cook\ meatballs that they lied about having when I called. Oh and not to mention the meatballs in my sub were still half frozen. Both subs were cold and just not good. Terrible food and a terrible wait.

There was no line or any other customer in the store. I stood there for a long time, and wasn't even greeted as two employees worked on one order together. Finally, after standing there for almost 5 minutes, someone finally said something to me. She said they had to finish this order before serving me. Which would be fine, if there were not two employees there. I stood there a little while longer, without being served and finally walked out.
Terrible service bread was old and hard just a bad place to eat
Employees need to change gloves between customers! Especially after handling money and crdit cards!
Ordered 3 foot longs on their website. Only one was made according to the order. It was written in plain English on their screen.Will never use this restaurant again!
I believe I got E. Coli eating a black forest sandwich with lettuce on April 19/2018.
