We have had our insurance a few years here with Tim Treweek, and you will not find a more knowledgeable and attentive agent for business insurance. They reviewed our current policies when we came to them, and detailed the coverages and gaps with options to fill them. Ultimately, and made a few changes and felt comfortable with placing our insurance here. For anyone looking for a trusted commercial agent, take the time to meet with this agency. You will not be disappointed.

Don't make the mistake of thinking the online car insurance companies offer a better deal. With Duke, I have someone who is looking out for me. After asking me all the important questions, I found out exactly what kind and what amounts of coverages work best for me, I also found out, the minimum coverage I needed. And if I ever have a question, they are just a quick phone call away. Very satisfied.

1) We received a worker's comp audit and we were sent to collections because we never received the correspondence from the carrier and Treweek insurance did not think it was something we should be notified of. When asked why we weren't notified they sent us a copy of the audit request... after we already got it from the carrier. 2) We were never instructed to file an exemption for workers comp as owners even though we were not listed on the policy. As a result, we are stuck with 3,000 more on our premium due to the audit. 3) We switched to King's insurance and saved 20%. 4) First thing King's insurance instructed us to do: File a workers comp exemption. (Without sharing this story) 5) Refused to send us a COI based on work we were performing because they said it was no longer covered under our current policy. Found out not only was that not true, but illegal.

I have had nothing but fantastic interactions at Duke Insurance. They have taken care of not only my insurance needs for quite some time, but they now take care of my daughter and her new car and my son and his home and cars. They are very attentive and always willing to get the info I need quickly. Thansk
