200 dollar deposit 75 dollars to turn it on and the \tech\ didnt actually do anything because the only thing that's run on gas in my house is heat ..then there is a 14 dollar charge every month even though I use no gas!! That's outrageous!! Terrible customer service

Heat was not working so called HVAC company whom informed us that our newly purchased home used natural gas for heat not electric, which was news to us. I immediately went to the Newberry office shortly after 2 to setup a new account. I desperately asked if they could please get the gas turned on today, since we had spent the night in the ER with our very sick 4 year old. I got no help and as of 6pm we have no heat.
