This is not your typical CrossFit gym in a box. The coaches are knowledgable, caring, and focus more on form and modifying for safety. This level of professionalism sets GHF CrossFit apart from other CrossFit gyms. If you've been thinking about trying CrossFit or want to get back into this type of workout, but weren't thrilled with other CF gym options this is the place to go!

CrossFit at the Gainesville Health and Fitness is a really unique experience compared to other venues. Everyone is very positive and welcoming and there is definitely a “family” feel. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and are constantly demonstrating the movements and correcting your form so they no one gets hurt. I highly recommend giving it a try!
I do several drop in during the year. The coaches are very helpful and knowledgeable. They welcome you in. The members also welcome you to the turf. I would highly recommend GHF CrossFit.
