If you are looking for the BEST animal hospital in town.. look no longer! I took my kitten here after getting her from the shelter and it has been a pleasure to take her ever since! Everyone is extremely nice and professional. My vet was Dr. Davey and he is so gentle with my cat I feel like could trust him and his team with my eyes closed. 10/10 wish I could give this place more stars

Our cats ran out of prescription for flea treatment so I called the nearest vet nearby. Jonesville Vet Clinic was able to schedule my cat an appointment the next day. They are very responsive to prevent Covid-19 in their clinic, limiting one parent at one time. They also have Apple Pay which I like, I forgot my wallet that day due to rush and I had called my husband to come bring me my wallet, but I was able to use my phone to pay instead. I just love businesses who adopt technology updated! The vet was very nice and helpful, my kitty told me he was nice and gentle doing examinations! We got our flea treatment prescription on time. We purchased from Chewy.com, they were quick in response to Chewy.com so our prescription shipped the next day. I just love businesses who are responsive on time. I have to say although this seemed to be the minimum requirement for running a business, such quality is rare to find today. Our prescription ran out of date with the other vet clinic that I took my cats to previously. They didn’t even bother telling us it ran out of date.....I put their contact info on my chewy.com prescription order first.One week went by, they didn’t even bother responding to Chewy’s fax or phone call. I called them several times then they told me they were unable to prove the prescription because they haven’t seen my cats within one year...... I then went to schedule with Jonesville vet clinic. Well, I am glad that I found a vet clinic that has their business together and responsive on time. I will be taking my cats to Jonesville vet clinic from now on.

Dr. Davey is wonderful! His love of animals is evident. He has cared for our rescue, Chewy and more recently our new rescue, Juno and we couldn't be more happy. The staff is always so kind as well. If you have a dog that is scared of the vet, give Dr. Davey a try. His sweet and calm demeanor make such a difference.

I cannot say enough good things about Jonesville Animal Hospital and about Dr. Villa! I have been bringing my dog here since she was a 2 month old puppy, and I have never looked back. My dog genuinely loves Dr. Villa and the staff at JAH because they have created such a positive and fun environment for her. It has gotten to the point that when I pull into the Jonesville parking lot, my dog gets super excited because she knows exactly where she is and she wants to hurry inside because she just loves her vet appointments. Aside from the positive experience, the staff at Jonesville are knowledgeable and caring. My dog Nellie is followed by Dr. Villa who is AWESOME! She is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all the numerous questions I had about raising my puppy. Similarly, when my dog had eye complications, the entire staff were very quick to follow up with me and guide me on my next steps. I am honestly jealous because I think my dog gets better quality of healthcare than me LOL but I love knowing that my baby is in great hands! I recommend Jonesville Animal Hospital to anyone who wants their pet to get high quality healthcare and a positive experience!
