Library was quiet. I was waited on as soon as I walked to the counter. I needed to fax an item and she made sure the fax went through and provided me with a receipt

Limited hours understandably so with current pandemic but disappointing not to be able to reach anyone either by phone or email. Unable to access the Newberry library site anymore, are routed to\youseemore\ a library management site. There is no way to contact anyone- I was unable to leave message over phone using number provided on site and there is no email address provided on website. Issues with login cannot be addressed. Sad. This is the only resource many locals have. **I got a response per my review which is appreciated however still does not answer my questions. A problem is being unable to leave message or reach someone during limited hours. I've had no luck.
