Came for a tour this week. Management was super sweet. Ms.Wilson was very kind and she demonstrated excellent professionalism throughout the tour. I think that the apartments are expensive for the area. I am considering moving to this area for work. Thanks Oakland Mill management.

JoAnn has always been very pleasant and accommodating. As any responsible manager should she keeps a close watch on who comes and goes in and out of the building, thank you JoAnn! Any issues with our apartment have always been handled in a professional manner and within a reasonable time frame. I would recommend the Oakland Mills apartments for its beauty, charm and history.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. JoAnn the apartment manager is extremely rude. I should’ve known during the tour how sour her attitude is that I should not move here. Place is EXTREMELY overpriced for what it’s worth. It is more like an old cotton mill museum more so than a home. Floors haven’t been replaced since about 1910 when it was built, floors are scratched up very badly, and uneven. Not a very good place for a comfortable home environment or for families. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Ms. Joann perfect property manager couldn’t ask for a sweeter kinder person. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.
