I have had great experiences with RPM. They are very knowledgeable! They don’t call you with guesses about the problem, they make solid diagnosis, deliver the repair in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. It’s no nonsense I called them with a problem, they gave me a solution, fixed it the right way and I’m a fan!
I have been consistently impressed with not just quality of their work, but just how far they will go for their customers. My car left me stranded so I had it towed to their shop. It turns out my fuel pump was dead. I happen to have a not so common vehicle and there were literally ZERO new fuel pumps available at any of the dealerships or parts warehouses. I spent hours trying to track one down. I thought my car was going to be down for a month but RPM went the extra mile and found a private owner somewhere that had a spare. It's that kind of effort that has made me such fan of this shop. It's always a fun atmosphere there, so it makes waiting for repairs to get done that much easier. I just can't say enough about how much I appreciate them always finding time to fit me in when I break something...which happens fairly regularly. This shop is a diamond in the rough, and I'm so glad I stumbled by them. They now have a customer for life.
Took my car in for a checkup, previous place i took it to gave a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed and it was some astronomical price. They quickly identified the problem (fuel pump) and fixed it promptly for 1/3rd of the price. These guys are honest, professional, and efficient. Definitely would recommend.
