I'm a regular at this location and the service is always top notch by every single individual in this store. Although one employee (Robert Ellis) always stands out with his knowledge with the product lines and ability to color match. Literally the man is a paint genius. Here's to you Robert Ellis! You deserve to be the company president some day. Keep up the great work and ill always recommend this store to all my clients.

After purchasing a new home and making many decisions in color, I made a mistake. My husband was unhappy with the color and the manager treated him to a sample to ensure the next color was to his liking. Everybody in this store in Newberry gives great customer service. The only person that I would not allow to assist customers is the actual delivery driver. But other than that, all the other employees are some of the best people I’ve ever done business with!!

Marvelous experience from the moment I arrived to the store. Parking was available and the store was very clean. I had never been here before and I was really surprised. Fabulous inventory and two individuals behind the counter that were very busy, yet attentive, and responsive. I was greeted as soon as I got to the line and advised that one of the team members would be able to help me in just a moment. Both of these people were taking care of other Clients and answering questions with ease. They clearly understood Customer Service. I was helped by Robert who told me he had been in the business for 16 years. I needed advice to paint the exterior of an aluminum shed to match my house (also Sherwin-Williams). He answered my questions and helped me select the best primer to apply to the aluminum siding before painting the exterior color. He matched the color, prepared the paint and had it shook and mixed. I paid for the paint and to my shock, Robert picked up the big box of 4 gallons of paint and carried them out to my car for me. What a pleasure...talk about Customer Service. I am REALLY PLEASED to have gone into this Store...if you other stores are run this well you will own the paint business...nobody offers service like my experience. Thank You Robert!
