Food was good and order was accurate but staff was rude when we came in to use restrooms. As if we were to just know they weren't accessible even though door was open. Most other food places are opening restrooms for guests and Taco Bell would do well to do the same.

The service and food was great but they didn't have my favorite salsa, this is the reason for 4 stars.
Waited like 25 minutes for food, 2 people that got there after us, got the food BEFORE US. My mama walked up to the counter and had to ask them where the food was ? Had to tell them to START cooking it. Got my food 10 minutes after, tea was just straight up water. Floors has food all over. Overheard a conversation, they didn’t have any change to give back a poor man for his food.. 65 cent.. seriously ? Sorriest place ever. You wont be getting my time no more.
The dining room was "kinda" open... there were no refill ups, napkins, straws, available.. their drive-thru was busy...I was only one in the dining room... now I know why... manager was nice and everyone was working hard...in the drive-thru
I take back my previous review. Went by today had a mobile order stood in line 5 minutes nobody greeted me or even said hold on a minute. My order was already done and in a cabinet. When I went to get my drink I noticed the nasty drink machine that looks like it has never been cleaned Come on guys what the hell....Looks like it's back to Old El'Paso tacos from now on

Had to wait in line forever. Only cause that's what my daughter wanted. I personally cant stand the food
Terrible service, quality, and food. Was very excited to see a Taco Bell in Newberry but this place is clearly being run straight into the ground. I would actually give them 0/5 stars but that is not an option
