What an informative AND fabulous time we had in your class, Frankie! We especially loved the hands-on setup you make available to each and every "chef wannabe" who attends. It is so rewarding to not only create new dishes, but learn to master them with your expert guidance. And then, to sit down in your beautiful dining room to enjoy the delicious results with like-minded enthusiasts in such a pampered and civilized fashion! Can't wait to come to your next class!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! The "Around The World" cooking classes were awesome! The experience was hands down exciting. Chef Frankie was knowledgeable and unique. It's nice to bring your friends or even do a date night cooking class! She sets up the table so elegantly to go with our meals. Chef Frankie is sweet, kind and funny. You always feel welcomed walking in. Right at home! Give her classes a try and bring your friends!!

Frankie started The Elegant Gourmet Cooking Classes out of her passion for food and her love of teaching people. Her recipes are delicious, fun to make, and easy to repeat. What separates The Elegant Gourmet Cooking Classes from the others, is that Frankie's other passion is travel. On her international trips, she learns everything she can from local chefs and at home cooks. Then, she brings that knowledge (and a few spices) home and shares it with her classes. A visit to Frankie's kitchen is comfortable, relaxing, and very satisfying. You feel like family, and her classes are perfect for date nights, corporate retreats, or family bonding - I can't wait to go back!!

Chef Frankie Harvey has incredible skill in the kitchen! She has a genuine way about the way she teaches and really gets to know each one of her students.
