Today my wife and I made our second trip to The Woodyard Grill. The first time the food was great, however it took way too long to get our food. They were relatively busy, but in my opinion, not so busy as to take so much time in receiving our food. This trip was close to the end of October. Today, February 20, we made our second trip. We arrived at 2:00pm. When we sat down at the booth, it was 2:05. Our order was taken at 2:10. At 2:50 our food had not arrived. They were not as busy today as in October. So, my wife and I left 2:57. Great food, but not so great as to wait over 40 minutes and still no food. It will be a while before we go there again for another try. CMJ

The Southern Hospitality is like no other. My family and archery coach came here after a tournament last weekend. We shared Fried Pickles. I had the Fried Fish with Mashed Potatoes and Sweet Potato Fries. Everything was yummy. We ended with Banana Pudding. Delicious!!
It was 30 minutes from where we were staying and we went because the recommendation was SO strong. Unlit roads, late night road construction and the time to get there was well worth it. Wonderful staff from greeting to departure was super friendly.
Awesome food. Service sucks. Nobody wears a mask. Never got a ticket. Had to leave money and wanted to order more.

Wonderful staff from greeting to departure was super friendly. We had fish, veggie burgers, pork chops and all the sides. We shared four ways. Everything was perfect. Strong recommendation!!!
