Eleanor Figures

Lovely clients and great wee runs. Never a dull moment in this job. Collegues were great - very supportive. Management staff were awful. I felt bullied and was treated very badly. They pushed you to cover shifts.. but I would never see any of the bosses go out and actually do a shift. They let some service users go in a time where they really needed the care, and I have seen many of their staff smoking in front of clients houses and on shift (2 in the past week). I loved my job but hated how the company was run. Would not recommend.
