Bought a home from them less than two yrs old, have had sprinkle system leak, plumbing in the unfinished basement link, and a roof leak from improper installation of apron flashing, and nothing from the builder because house is out of yr warranty. I would not recommend, if you looking at a home in southern Md, look at QBH or litz homes.
