As I am mechanically challenged these guys came through when everyone else I turned to was busy with winter equipment. My mower wouldn't start for me and it was really a small issue but I have just moved into my home in West Bend and wanted my lawn mowed before winter arrived, and, unlike the other small engine shops they took time to look at my mower. Took delivery of a box blade that was rusting badly from beneath the surface, likely due to poor surface preparation at the factory. When I advised Matt of the issue, he immediately took steps to replace the attachment.
