I WAS ASSISTED BY A WOMAN NAMED JANELLE G. SHE WAS EXCELLENT. VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND HAD A LOVELY MANNER ABOUT HER. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE INSURANCE PLANS AND WAS VERY CLEAR IN EXPLAINING WHAT STERLING OPTICAL COULD OFFER. THE ONLY REASON THE STORE RECEIVED A 4 INSTEAD OF 5 STARS IS BECAUSE THEIR SELECTION OF FRAMES ARE VERY PRICEY. ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES THAT SELL MOST OF THEIR FRAMES FOR HALF THE PRICE.

My experience with Sterling Optical was excellent. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. The staff have always been courteous and understanding and have provided guidance in selecting the best frames for the type of lens that I require. My recent visit I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who assured me that the goal of Sterling Optical was to satisfy its customers.
Janelle and Saleesha are the best! They were very welcoming and extremely helpful. I had a trip coming up in a few days and realized I was out of contacts. Janelle, made this process accommodating and ensured that I would not leave empty handed. Thank you ladies!
There is a certain worker there named Janelle who helped me with new frames back in June of 2019. I went in today with my mom who needed an exam and new glasses and I needed another new frame. Janelle was very helpful and very knowledgeable.she recommended a completely different frame for me that worked with my prescription as the other one they didn't make the exact color anymore and there were issues with it in the past.
I met with Janelle, to offer a competitive price for progressive glasses, for a prescription I got from somewhere else. Janelle was very courteous, helpful and clear with what charges there would be, along with different options to pay. She did not push the expensive frames. I felt very comfortable purchasing my glasses at the store, and will do so again when I need another!
