The company prides itself on taking the honest consultative approach, with both jobseekers and employers and although only recently established, the founders of 2-Recruit have been within the commercial recruitment industry for a combined 22 years. Gemma and Kerry are very successful in what they do, they gain trust and respect and in turn have built many long term business relationships throughout their recruitment careers. Having worked in recruitment together for over 10 years, their work values, professionalism and dedication is uniquely mirrored, therefore setting up 2-Recruit was a natural path to enable Gemma and Kerry to continue offering their valued recruitment knowledge but together as one.   Both Directors will be dedicated to work on each and every position together, using their combined expertise to offer you twice the productivity.
