I just wanted to say how very happy I am with the finished extension and how I found Ark Rooms to be so very clean and tidy during construction. There was no need to hire a skip taking up the parking on my drive, as the contractors took away the rubbish each day and were extremely respectful of my home. I also have three dogs whom they looked after really well, they were extremely considerate and helped keep them safe and secure despite people coming and going during the building works. I have a four bedroom detached house and last year (2016) it was valued at 595,000 I have since had it valued with my new room added, and it has now been valued at 650,000.

As a recent customer to Ark Rooms I would like to share our experience. The sales and design team couldn’t have been more helpful and they showed us all their latest designs and clearly explained the materials they use, which gave us great confidence in them from day one! Once we decided to go ahead, we thought that we would have lots of paperwork to do for the planning stage, but oh no …. Annelies did all of it: the building designs, the planning application, the application to the building control and all the things that cause the most stress – she did it all! Throughout the build the team kept us fully up to date with progress and what was coming up the next day. All the builders were so friendly and helpful which made such a big difference in what could be a very stressful time and the building was built to a very high standard. This extra room has given us the space and the extension that we have always wanted, at a fraction of the cost and time compared to a conventional build.
